I have been lucky to see this amazing cloth chest drop twice, but sadly i have not gotten it. Its best in slot right now for a Mage.

+86 Intellect
Blue Socket
Socket Bonus: +5 Spell Power
Durability 100 / 100
Requires Level 80
Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 58 (1.26% @ L80).
Equip: Improves haste rating by 82 (2.5% @ L80).
Equip: Increases spell power by 123.
They even look good
The Raiding Mage 
I got them Tuesday Night and as of now they are best in slot for a mage.
